The original business Andros Contractors & Co was founded around 1983 by carpenter Jim Moros who came to Australia from the Greek Island of Andros in 1969. In his early years Jim pioneered round handrails for staircases made from one piece of timber. Jim built the business from the ground up and has a loyal following of commercial & residential clients & still works in the business from time to time.
The company is managed by founding director, Lazaros Moros. He is a nationally licensed building practitioner with over 30 years experience in the commercial, government, industrial and residential sectors. He has direct involvement with all projects delivered by the company and is committed to exceeding the expectations of clients through consistently delivering quality, safety and value for money.
