Chief Secretary’s Full Heritage

Andrew Josland our project manager, personally project managed restoration works to the Chief Secretary’s Heritage building. He managed labourers daily and contracted staff for the scaffolding. There was a requirement to carefully and selectively strip back the paint on walls to reveal the original colours and stencilling within the area. They then prepared walls and the ceiling to undertake a full restoration of the suite, complete with new stencilling, artwork and gold leaf.
