Penrith Plaza (2003-2005) for Chubb Asset Management Services. The client was Lend Lease & GPT. We managed the integrated technical services contracts for the centre including mechanical, fire, cleaning, security, vertical services through working with Hayden, Chubb and Kone.
Carnes Hill Marketplace, Highlands Marketplace, Windsor Marketplace, Kings Langley Shopping Village, Pemulwuy Marketplace. We managed these assets for Charter Hall including all hard and soft services along with capital and maintenance programs.
